Job Description

- Manage daily activity of Incident handling level 0 and level 1
- Lead coordination with third party in term of incident handling process
- Balancing work load for team member
- Quantify team KPI achievement

Requirement

- Familiar with incident handling business process: Logging, Ticketing/escalation, and tracking
- Troubleshooting access network of Huawei BTS, and Switch (Cisco, ZTE), microwave (HUawei, SIAE, Dragonwave, etc)
