Job Description

Job Description :
o To analyze customer data ( Activation, Reload, Usage, Top-Up, Billing Payment, and many more ) on a daily until monthly basis and propose initiatives to uplift customer value
o To deliver customer survey through Outbound Call and Google Form ( other online channels )
o To analyze churn either on prepaid and postpaid, and propose action plans to reduce churn
o To prepare data for CMO/CPO
o To set-up and enhance the system for campaign, prediction analytics, and digital behavior tracking

Requirement

• Skill Set Required :
o Strong Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Strong in Excel, SPSS, Qlikview)
o Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
o Have knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Survey, SEO, keyword analysis, web analytics
o Have knowledge of Business calculation, financial and marketing
o Math Skills: Data analysts need math skills to estimate numerical data.
