Outbound Reminder & Retention Staff


Job Description
- Call subscribers who have scheduled stops for nonpayment and collect renewal payment.
- To follow-up with the customers for retention/upsell offer
- Proper entries and documentation in circulation system for tracking and reporting purposes.


 
Requirement
-Preferred that candidates have a background in customer service, call center or sales.
-Candidates must have basic computer knowledge to include MS Office Products.
-Candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
