Terms & Conditions :
- Prices include tax.
- Customers could use cash payment method by paying deposit fee as much as twice the normal fee. Example : Postpaid Regular deposit fee is Rp149.000,00, therefore customer must deposit Rp300.000,00.
- The deposit can be refunded if the customer quits the subscription.
- The monthly payments are required to use Auto Debit Card.
- Minimum subscription 12 months, if the unsubscribe before 12 months will incur a penalty Rp500,000,00.
- The maximum speed of service: up to 5 Mbps upload and up to 50 Mbps for download.
- Ultra Unlimited package usage is not recommended for peer-to-peer services and VPN.
- To maintain the quality of service, BOLT! reserves the right to conduct surveillance and take necessary action against the misuse of Internet access, such as the use for commercial purposes, the use of abnormal peer-to-peer services, etc.
- For Smartphone Unlimited Package, the subscription fee is IDR 99,000 until the bill payment on May 2017. Starting June 2017 invoice ( payment on July 2017 ) onwards, the subscription fee will be IDR 129,000
